Yes, Co.Co Mobile beverage LLC is licensed and insured. When booking us, that means you will be as well. We have general and liquor liability coverage for all events booked. We will provide all clients with our COI. All bartenders are also tips certified.

Colorado Liquor laws PREVENT us from purchasing the alcohol for your event. All liquor, beer and wine must be purchased by the host. We can help with liquor calculations, a recommended shopping list, bartending equipment and services during your event and all other beverage needs. As well as discounted liquor purchases with pickup and delivery options.

Once we have sent over the quote for your event and signature is processed we then require a 30% deposit of the quote to confirm the booking of your event.

Notice for cancellation within 30 days of event: Deposit is forfeited

We accept cash, check and most credit cards.

Final Payment will be due within 7 days of event. Any overtime or last minute add-ons will be agreed upon at during service and need to be paid within 24 hours of conclusion of event.

· Our repurposed Vintage Horse Trailer turned into a fully operational cocktail & coffee bar.

· Portable indoor or outdoor bar

Depending on what's needed for your special event. We have all the bartender necessities to make delicious craft cocktails.

A portable bar that can be used in or outdoors.

CoCo our repurposed Horse trailer bar. (To run the bar we need electrical acces, if there is no access to a 220V outlet within 150 feet of the trailer we can run off grid with the option to rent our generator.)

We can make any drink. Special requests are no problem. We can customize a drink menu and develop signature cocktails for your special event.

We can assist in the calculations of the necessary liquor to suffice for your event. We also partner with a liquor store that will deliver to your event at no cost to you and let you return any unopened product if you desire.

Absolutely, we recommend one bartender for every 50 - 75 guest depending on the type of drinks being served to insure quality of service.

Your bartender(s) will be dressed in all black. Special arrangements can be made if you would prefer different attire.

Yes. All drinking guests must be 21 years old and we reserve the right to card anyone at any time.

If you want to guarantee a certain date, the sooner you book the better your chances will be to secure that date. However, it never hurts to ask even for last minute parties.
